Daniel Dib is Senior Counsel at the Patrick Law Group and brings over a decade of experience as an attorney working on commercial and corporate transactions for industry leading organizations in Arizona, California, Texas and The United Kingdom. Daniel has worked closely with senior leadership in the technology, oil and gas and automotive industries, advising on complex legal issues and leading both the buy and sale side contracting process. Daniel has extensive experience drafting, redlining and negotiating commercial contracts, including SaaS, IaaS and PaaS Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Technical Integration Agreements, including Artificial Intelligence and Vendor Service Agreements, among many others, with a history of working cross functionally, both internally and externally.

Daniel has worked internationally for one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies providing legal support across the organization for the purchase and sale of oil and gas products. Additionally, Daniel worked in house at one of America’s top automotive sales organizations as a Director and Corporate Counsel where he advised on a wide range of legal issues across dozens of jurisdictions in the United States. Daniel also worked as Senior Legal Counsel for a leading supply chain visibility software company where he led the contracting process for all sales and vendor contracts in North America as well as provided legal support for the partnership, marketing and human resources teams.

Daniel graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics and received his law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles where he was chairman of the Negotiations Honors Program. He has been named a Rising Star and is a licensed Attorney in California and Texas, and a licensed Solicitor in England and Wales.
