AVALON GROUNDBREAKING
Patrick Law Group was proud to be invited and participate in the groundbreaking ceremony on January 29, 2013 for Avalon, a resort inspired mixed use development in Alpharetta, Georgia. The $600 million project will be built in two phases on an 86-acre site in this affluent northern suburb of Atlanta. Representing North American Properties and the Project Owner, Patrick Law Group prepared and negotiated a number of critical contracts for the development, including the agreements for civil engineering, architectural, construction and a variety of consultants for the retail and residential components of the project.
