-Peggy’s Sister

Peggy’s background is in all manner of technology transactions on both the service provider and buyer side.  Peggy has a unique perspective having spent 14 years as in-house counsel at two large technology companies and has deep experience negotiating complex outsourcing, SAAS and other cloud based arrangements, supply chain and logistics agreements.  Peggy’s practice also includes experiences with a broad array of general commercial transactions.

Examples:

  • Negotiating an application and infrastructure outsourcing agreement to assist client with streamlining internal operations;

  • Managing the work flow of a tender process to transition all of client’s over the road and ocean freight shipping contracts;

  • Negotiate a series of contracts with multiple providers to assist client with implementing a critical new loan processing solution;

  • Draft and negotiate art acquisition and sales agreements for a major military museum including plans for mounting a major exhibition of the acquired art works;

  • Draft and negotiate all agreements related to guest experience of an activation for ComiCon [you guys figure out how to phrase this – basically Amazon was launching the series Jack Ryan and hired our client, Czarnowski, to build out the guest experience at ComiCon in San Diego that included a VR environment with real ziplines and guns and a helicopter and I negotiated all of those contracts including for ambulances to be available at the site since everyone thought the participants would for sure throw up before they finished the VR experience).  Obviously we can’t mention Amazon, Jack Ryan or Czarnowski.]

  • Advise client on author agreements and copyright transfer agreements for commissioned book manuscripts
