Alexa Baltodano is Senior Counsel and Chief Diversity Officer at Patrick Law Group with a decade of senior-level experience between a Fortune 300 financial services and technology company and a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense company.

She practices with a strong emphasis on risk identification and mitigation, dispute avoidance, complex agreement negotiation, general commercial and business counseling, and pragmatic cost-effective legal problem solving. Her extensive experience in drafting, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex agreements ranges from SaaS, Vendor, Licensing and Distribution, Reseller, Purchasing and Procurement, Cloud Hosting Services, to Managed Services Agreements, as well as a numerous other commercial and technology related agreements.

Prior to joining Patrick Law Group, Ms. Baltodano was Senior Corporate Counsel for Fiserv Inc., where she led a Bank Solutions team responsible for drafting and negotiating all transactional and vendor agreements for that Fiserv segment. Additionally, Ms. Baltodano was Lead Legal Counsel for one of Fiserv’s digital banking solutions where she partnered with business leaders, software developers, and coders to realize their technical and strategic needs and execute vendor agreements Her recent award recognitions include the Fiserv Legal Living Proof Award for 2018 and 2019, the Fiserv MVP Award for 2018, and  she was the 2021 recipient of an Innovation Award in recognition of her diligent work in closing the most difficult deal of the quarter.

Graduating with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School, her educational background relates several notable achievements. She served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender, and Society, a UW Law Student Ambassador, and a 1L Mentor.  At UW Law School, Ms. Baltodano had the opportunity to serve as a Judicial Intern with Justice Ziegler on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Ms. Baltodano earned her undergraduate degree from USC, where she graduated with honors and was named a USC Renaissance Scholar, an award granted to fewer than 5% of graduates. Dedicated to public service, she serves as a Board Member to the Make – A – Wish: Young Wish Makers of Wisconsin foundation; she is also an active member of both the Association for Woman Lawyers and Wisconsin Lawyer Assistance Program.
