Mandy Miller joins Patrick Law Group as Senior Counsel

Patrick Law Group, LLC welcomes Senior Counsel Mandy Miller!  

Mandy brings over 15 years of in-house experience between a Fortune 10 global healthcare company and a Fortune 500 global technology company. 

Mandy has extensive experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and advising business leaders on a wide variety of commercial contracts and technology transactions including various master sales and procurement agreements, professional/consulting services agreements, contingent staffing agreements, equipment purchase agreements, and SaaS agreements. She provides pragmatic and objective legal advice to business clients up to the senior executive level and has demonstrated the ability to negotiate and close a large volume of complex contracts for multiple clients.
