Marshall Barton joins Patrick Law Group as Senior Counsel

PLG is honored to have Marshall Barton join our growing team in the role of Senior Counsel. Our firm is unique in that over 85% of our legal staff have extensive in-house experience. Marshall has approximately 29 years of legal experience in a variety of roles and areas. Most recently she served for over 17 years in a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in the legal department of a large, global animal health company, culminating as Vice President, Head of US Animal Health Business Law Team. Marshall is a highly collaborative business partner, whose deep in-house experience has imbued her with a creative, yet pragmatic approach to advising clients, evaluating transactions, and serving as a strong advocate for her client’s interests.
