Alexa Baltodano joins Patrick Law Group as Senior Counsel

Patrick Law Group, LLC is excited to welcome Sr. Counsel Alexa Baltodano to its Chicago office. Alexa has a decade of senior-level, corporate counsel experience having served in in-house counsel roles at a Fortune 300 financial services company, a tech company and a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense company.

Her extensive experience in drafting, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex agreements ranges from SaaS, Vendor, Licensing and Distribution, Reseller, Purchasing and Procurement, Cloud Hosting Services, to Managed Services Agreements, as well as a numerous other commercial and technology related agreements.
