Nancy Brannon

Nancy Brannon is Senior Paralegal of Patrick Law Group and has over 30 years of experience as an in-house paralegal and contract administration specialist. Nancy has extensive experience in drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of agreements, contract management and process improvement, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and in-house legal support.

Nancy was previously Director of Governance and Legal Services for a multi-system healthcare organization and Senior Paralegal for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Nancy was instrumental in establishing the in-house legal departments working closely with the General Counsels to establish policies and procedures, draft and review contracts, manage service of process, create and manage corporate entities, manage conflicts of interest and sanction checks, and manage day-to-day operations of the legal department. Nancy implemented a contract management system that included contract lifecycle management, physician time reporting, vendor performance evaluations, conflict of interest disclosures and gift tracking. She provided support to the board and its committees and served as liaison between the Chair, CEO, board members and executive team. Nancy also worked as a client solutions advisor for a nationally recognized contract management solutions company specializing in providing solutions to healthcare clients. In this role, Nancy provided advisory and support services to clients for process improvement while optimizing use of contract management solutions.

She graduated from the National Center of Paralegal Training with honors.  Nancy and her husband live in Jasper.
