Erin Shea and Meredith Sidewater Present on Privacy Law for the Non-Privacy Lawyer to Freddie Mac on behalf of NAMWOLF’s Transactional PAC

On January 21, 2021 Erin Shea and Meredith Sidewater presented a CLE to Freddie Mac on behalf of the NAMWOLF Transactional PAC. The CLE was titled “Privacy Law for the Non-Privacy Lawyer” and included a discussion of privacy laws that relate to information processed, and work activity performed, by Freddie Mac and its employees, including a discussion of the Privacy Act of 1974, CCPA, CPRA and other relevant legislative developments.
